Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Delivery times should be used as a guide, kindly note delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, transit delays, or customs clearance. If you have any questions or specific requirements, contact us at a.aurembiaix.x@gmail and we will be happy to help you.
*Important note: Please, keep in mind that each piece is hand crafted after your order is placed. For this reason, the expected delivery time is between 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the item.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Aurembiaix provides made to order clothing pieces and reserves the right to refuse any returns on a product that has been produced specifically for a customer. Each return is considered on a case by case basis.
Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return.
The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at a.aurembiaix.x@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please note shipping costs and duties will need to be paid for by you.
There are certain situations where we can’t guarantee a return:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after received

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your shipping destination, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend always using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders are subject to availability of products. We reserve the right to update our website with the sold out. Please, be note that some of our products are limited.
All prices on this website include VAT (21% of the price). So this will not be added at the final step, just the shipping depending from where you placed the order.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

We are committed to protecting your privacy while visiting www.aurembiaix.com communicating with us. When you make a purchase, the information collected by us includes, but is not limited to: your name, email, address, telephone number, billing address, payment details and delivery information.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Once you have finished shopping, all the items you wish to purchase will be added to your cart and the next step will be processing and paying for your order.
Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. You can proceed the payment using your credit/debit card or your Apple account.
